CGW Group is the response to all the market’s requests received by the well-known company Bettinardi srl. In 1977 Gastone Bettinardi started his company “Bettinardi srl” in the gold district of Vicenza. Thanks to his strong drive for business and his creativity, he was able to expand to the Swiss market as supplier of gold watchbands .During the 80’s his son, Silvio, joined the company and he conquered the US bringing the “Bettinardi” brand in the gold watches’ market. Today Marta, Silvio’s daughter, is successfully exploring the Middle and Far East and extending the business into the world wide web. With this new branch “CGW Group” she wants to reach all possible customers, giving them the tools to create their own corporate gold watch.

The preciousness’ degree of a gold watch, and therefore its economic value, is determined by its composition.
“Thousandths” or “Carats KT” indicates the absolute percentage of pure gold in a precious alloy. More precisely:
- in the alloy 18KT (750/1000) there are 750 thousandths of pure gold and 250 thousendths of other metals.
- in the alloy 14KT (585/1000) there are 585 thousandths of pure gold and 415 thousendths of other metals.
- in the alloy 9KT (375/1000) there are 375 thousandths of pure gold and 625 thousendths of other metals.
The warranty of our watches is valid 24 months from the purchase date.
It covers all the manufacturing defects. Not cover by warranty all the damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse by the owner or by unauthorized third parties, as well as the loss and the theft.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted as the watches are exclusively made upon order and with specific characteristics and personalization; such as names, inscriptions and logos.
Delivery time depends on the order quantity: usually from 30 to 60 working days from the order confirmation. Ensured shipment is included in the price of the watches. Once the order will be ready, the package will be delivered to the address provided.

We advise against any kind of water contact for the models with leather strap. The leather is a natural product that requires particular care and attention in order to preserve its original qualities.
No, there is not a MOQ. We can realize even just one single piece.
The accepted payment method is wire transfer.
At order confirmation we require the payment of a 30% deposit of its entire value. The balance has to be settled before shipment of the watches.
The genuine crocodile leather strap is more soft and luxurious than the one in calf leather. We offer a range of 16 colours for the crocodile leather straps.
The genuine calf leather strap is the most commonly used among the watch industry.

Group constantly takes measures to ensure that the photographs shown on the site represent a reproduction as faithful as possible of the actual products, it is always possible to experience some divergences caused by the technical characteristics and the quality of color resolution that the terminal or screen used by the consumer is equipped with. As a result of these technical reasons, C.G.W. Group does not take any responsibility for the absolute accuracy of the graphic representations of the products shown on the site.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any given reason, within 14 days of the payment of the deposit. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded. At the end of the 14th day, in the event of withdrawal, the deposit will not be refunded. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw through an explicit statement by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@cgwgroup.it
Each watch is kept inside an exclusive boxed protected by a cover that will be customized as per the customer's instructions.
We can realize a prototype without any problem. Its price is going to be the one of the single watch. The surcharge on the price of the total ordered quantity will be refunded.
